TFA was founded by Ali El Jishi, who moved to Dubai in 2012 after a playing career in England. Seeing a lack of clear pathways for young players, he built an academy focused on long-term development — starting from older age groups and working down. TFA is a Dubai academy built for children from dozens of nationalities, learning and playing the same game together.
